You can find this logo on Windows 7/8.x/10 by opening Internet Explorer, clicking the settings icon, and clicking "About Internet Explorer".

Microsoft Teams stopped supporting Internet Explorer 11 on November 30, 2020. Microsoft 365 products ended Internet Explorer 11 support on August 17, 2021. Internet Explorer 11 support will end on June 15, 2022 for Windows 10 version 20H2 and later, as well as Windows 10 IoT version 20H2 and later; however, Internet Explorer 11 will continue to receive security updates on other versions of Windows as long as the version of Windows it is running on is still supported.
